Limbrel prescriptions can be filled in all pharmacies. It is not sold over-the-counter or through direct-to-consumer distribution channels. If your pharmacy does not have Limbrel, your pharmacist can generally order it for overnight delivery.

Health Plan or Insurance Reimbursement
Limbrel is covered by a growing number of health and insurance plans, so be sure to check if your plan covers Limbrel. You can check with your health plan or insurance company to see if Limbrel is reimbursed by calling the phone number on your prescription card or insurance identification card, or by getting the phone number from your employer. Give your health plan or insurance company the brand name Limbrel and provide the product number #68040-601-16 and #68040-602-16. Generally, co-pays for a one-month supply of Limbrel range from $40-$60, depending upon your plan's benefit.

Medicaid Reimbursement
Limbrel is covered by Medicaid in some U.S. states and in Puerto Rico. In most states, the Medicaid co-pay for a one-month supply of Limbrel is $5.
